Chart notes
GRIFTER raced in close, angled out on the turn, closed willingly, got up past the eighth pole, drew off under mild urging and won going away. WILD FIREWATER pressed the pace, fell back on the turn, continued in a steady effort and got up at the wire for place while no threat to the winner. EVERYROSEHASATHORN pressed the pace, assumed command on the turn, drew off for a clear lead, was outclosed and caught for second. DOM PROUD was off slowly, fell far back, was unhurried early, offered a mild bid only to improve position and did not threaten. AX'S BOUNCY CAT set a pressured pace to the turn, dropped back and tired. CHARLIE DYNASTY broke in, showed brief speed while racing inside and stopped.
