Chart notes
WESTERBERG saved ground while being reserved off the early pace, rallied four-wide into the stretch, angled in slightly nearing the eighth pole and was up in the final sixteenth. WIREWYRE saved ground chasing the pace, slipped through to take the lead entering the stretch but was unable to resist the winner late. CHARLIE'S MAN saved ground while dropping back, steadied nearing the eighth pole running up on horses, altered course to be three-wide and was gaining late. BATTLEOF TRAFALGAR vied for the lead with CHANCELLORS BOOM while racing four-wide, came in slightly nearing the eighth pole to bump with FED GRANT and finished willingly when clear. FED GRANT was unhurried early, rallied three-wide into the stretch, came out slightly to bump with BATTLEOF TRAFALGAR nearing the eighth pole and flattened out. PICAHOUSE hopped at the start, then moved up to be prominently placed to the eighth pole while racing two-wide and weakened. CONNECTER prompted the pace to the stretch while five-wide and tired. CHANCELLORS BOOM vied for the lead into the stretch while racing three-wide and gave way late.
