Chart notes
BAY BAYBE vied for the early lead, forwardly placed throughout, drove clear and proved the best. TRIPLE RED ACES broke in, challenged for the lead, raced outside around the turn, proved no match for the winner, but got by REGINALD AURELIUS for second. REGINALD AURELIUS dueled on the front end, saved ground and was outfinished for second. WILLIAM GUSTAVO lacked early speed, moved up to be within striking distance and finished evenly. BILLY BOWLEGS void of early speed, improved position, but was no factor. YAKETY YAK was bumped and bothered at the start, raced in the back, moved up, but was no factor. GONE SOLUTION raced within striking distance, eased back, moved up down the stretch and hung late. GONE ELVIS always raced near the back and showed little. SPRY CHARLIE broke in, bumped rival at the start, raced near the back, came around the turn wide and was no threat.
