Chart notes
EIGHTYSIXCHEVY stalked the leader on the outside up the backstretch, began a bid from the three path coming around the bend, dueled in the stretch and got up for the win late. FLEET OF FLAGS bumped lightly with the horse to his outside at the start, recovered to duel on the outside up the backstretch, continued to battle from the two path around the bend and dug in gamely in the lane but was caught at the wire. IRISH DAWN dueled on the inside through the opening quarter, saved ground around the turn and dug in gamely to the wire to narrowly miss. KONTEEKEE bumped with the horse to his inside at the start, raced off the pace on the rail through the early going, navigated the turn from the three path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and gained ground late. TOOMANYNAMES trailed the field up the backstretch, came around the bend in the two path, switched to the outside to began a bid entering the stretch and improved position in the stretch. ARMY KID tracked the leader between horses up the backstretch, began a bid from the two path coming around the turn and was outkicked in the lane. MOONLIGHT ROAD raced off the pace on the outside early, continued around the turn in the two path and made no bid. JUSTIN AZTECA bumped with the horses to either side at the break, recovered to chase the leaders up the rail through the opening quarter, saved ground around the bend and tired in the stretch. ANCHOR LINE raced in the middle of the pack up the backstretch, navigated the turn from the three path and faded in the lane.
