Chart notes
NOBLE JON saved ground while being reserved off the pace, angled out three-wide nearing the eighth pole and finished fast to be up in the final strides. CAPT. CANDY was prominent while racing three-wide on the turn, came four-wide into the stretch and finished strongly. DOCTOR JEFF vied with NITRO TIME for the lead into deep stretch and held on well during the drive in a game effort. NITRO TIME vied for the lead to the sixteenth pole from along the inside and held on well in a steady effort. UNRAPTURED saved ground while being unhurried, slipped through entering the stretch then angled out nearing the eighth pole and rallied late. OLAZABAL was allowed to settle early, came three-wide into the stretch but lacked a rally. POINT PELEE settled in the middle of the field, came two-wide into the stretch but failed to menace.
