Chart notes
CUPIDS CRUSH led the way while saving ground the first time by and around the first turn, opened up on the field racing up the backstretch, continued to save ground around the second turn and remained in command to the wire, never threatened. MIDNIGHT CURRENT raced in the two path early, settled in the middle of the pack on the outside for the run up the backstretch, came around the far turn in the three path, began a bid passing the quarter pole and improved position in the lane but was no match for the winner. LET'S SKEDADDLE raced in the two path around the first bend, chased the leader well off the pace racing up the backstretch, continued around the second turn in the two path and kept on in the lane while proving to be no match for the winner. GYPSY REWARD raced in the two path around the first turn, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, moved up while saving ground around the far turn and never threatened. MIDNIGHT LANE saved ground early, raced off the pace between horses up the backstretch, came around the far bend in the three path and made no bid. RETIRED KATHY raced off the pace in the three path through the opening half mile, continued around the far turn in the two path and was empty in the lane.
