Chart notes
HOLLYWOOD WALK broke inward towards the rail, straightened away to be reserved off the pace along the fence, hugged the rail cutting the corner turning for home and rallied up the fence down the lane to be up in time. MYSTIC SEAPORT prompted the pace through the turn, rallied to engage the drifting out pacesetter in upper stretch, battled with that one down the lane and was caught by the winner late in the drive in a game effort. BOSSERATI broke alertly to take the lead from the gate, set the pace on a well measured lead, responded when engaged in the lane, dueled while drifting out and was out-finished late by the top pair in a good try. GASTOWN BABE tracked the leaders through the turn, rallied five wide in the lane to be gaining late and be clearly best of the rest. CHICKAHOMINY slow early to be the trailer and showed good late interest in the lane. RILEY JEAN went one-paced lacking a closing rally. SUMMER ODDS failed to menace. STRYDA stalked the leaders from the rail and lacked a response when called upon. ROANAN GODDESS broke slow and was never a threat.
