Chart notes
GLOBES tracked in the two path, was driven from the three path into the far turn, bid while floating out to the six path at the top of the lane, stuck his head in front passing the eighth pole, and just held on in a head bob. BRYCE CANYON dropped wellback early, got coaxed along in the three path after a half, was driven from the four path around the far turn, fanned out to the eight path at the top of the lane, and rallied, but missed the bob. GENTLEMAN GERRY laid in range from the four path down the backstretch and kept on down the lane for show. NIGHT JUMPER stalked in the three path, bid under rousing from the two path going into the far turn, took command midway around the far turn, angled out to the four path entering the stretch, but faded on her left lead. COACH ABERNATHY raced off the pace in the two path but never threatened. SPETTRO showed the way in the two path but gaveway along the inside passing the quarter.
