Chart notes
ELEVADO saved ground staking the pace, angled out to be four-wide entering the stretch then took the lead inside the three-sixteenths pole, quickly opened a clear lead and maintained a safe advantage. MOONLIGHTNWINE was unhurried early, came three-wide into the stretch and closed strongly. CLUB MESQUITE was reserved early, angled out to be four-wide the final quarter and finished in a mild rally. PARTY FOUL dueled with GUNNING FOR GOLD for the lead from along the inside to the stretch and weakeneed. GUNNIN FOR GOLD bobbled at the start then quickly recovered to duel for the lead to the stretch while two-wide and tired. QUIET CHARM settled in the middle of the field while racing three-wide on the turn, came five-wide into the stretch and was not a factor.
