Chart notes
SHUT UP MICHAEL (IRE) saved ground around the first turn, dueled on the inside up the backstretch, edged away while continuing to save ground around the far bend and kicked clear in the stretch. HIDDEN PROFIT dueled on the outside around the first bend and up the backstretch, came around the far turn still in the three path and could not go with the winner in the lane but chased that rival home from there. SWAMPDRAINER raced in the three path early, chased the leaders up the backstretch, swung out to the four path coming around the second bend and was outkicked in the lane. GRUNDER raced off the pace on the outside through the opening half mile, angled in to save ground around the far turn and showed no kick. UNIQUE PATH saved ground around the first turn, settled off the pace on the inside for the run up the backstretch, navigated the far turn from the two path and made no bid. BIG PETE raced in the three path early, continued up the backstretch in the middle of the pack on the inside, dropped back while saving ground around the far turn and faded in the stretch.
