Chart notes
AWESOME TRAIN tracked in the two path in stalking position, raced in between rivals in the upper stretch, battled for the led, prevailed, was challenged again by yet another rival, went toe to toe with this one, not giving an inch, grinding all the way to the wire, surging in the last few strides getting the win. EKATI KING stalked, the pace, raced in the five path, gained ground through the turn, was challenging the leaders in the upper stretch, shook the competition and had the lead for a stride or two, but lost momentum and was quickly challenged by a returning rival, battled to the wire but just missed. LE MISTRAL raced off of the pace early, launched a bid at the half mile pole, raced four wide, improved position, brushed slightly with an inside runner and got up for the show spot. PERFORMANTE raced mid pack towards the inside in the three path, improved position through the turn, was cued at the top of the lane, responded well , brushed with an with as outside rival, wanted more racing room but didn't find it soon enough and fell short today.. ANTILLEAN raced off of the pace, saved ground racing on the rail but was never involved. AMBUSHED trailed through out, passed one late. UNCAPTURED STAR vied for the led, raced on the rail then quit.
