Chart notes
CHARLEY PAINTS raced in the middle of the pack up the backstretch, began a bid from the two path coming around the turn and dueled in the lane to edge clear late. KIND KISMET bumped mildly with the horse to her inside at the start, settled off the pace on the outside through the opening quarter, began a bid from the three path coming around the bend, dueled in the stretch and narrowly missed. MIDNIGHT JOY dueled on the inside early, dropped back to chase the leaders while saving ground around the turn, switched to the outside in the stretch and came on again to improved position late. AUNT GWEN'S dueled on the outside up the backstretch, saved ground around the bend and faded in the stretch. CHUCK'S EVERY WISH bumped lightly with the horse to her outside at the break, settled off the pace on the rail up the backstretch, trailed the field from the two path coming around the turn and was not a factor.
