Chart notes
BLACK IRON vied for the lead on the inside and made a bid leaving the turn and drew clear and then was kept to a mild drive to prove much the best. DE LA CRUZ was allowed to settle early, two wide in between rivals on the far turn, then finished willingly while failing to gain on the winner. FORT THOMAS was reserved early, four wide on the far turn and in contention, came six wide off the turn and ran on to best the rest. WARP NINE vied for the lead in between rivals, two wide on the far turn and weakened in the drive. BADGE OF WAR chased the early pace, three wide on the far turn and came five wide off the bend and weakened. ANGLICAN was allowed to settle early, saved ground on the turn and had no rally. GREER'S GOLD was settled early, three wide on the far turn and tired. TIGGEROO was bumped at the break, raced wide and was not a threat. CRUSADER CONRAD vied for the lead on the outside and was four wide on the far turn and tired. SPEED INSTITUTE failed to menace.
