Chart notes
ISLE OF CAPRI was away alertly to set a pressured pace on the inside, shook clear on the turn, then drew off leaving the turn and was kept to pressure to prove much the best. CHEETAH LADY was bumped at the start, pressed the winner early two wide, then could not keep up with that rival but ran on to the wire to be clearly second best. EVELYN LOUISE was rated along three wide, then checked nearing the five sixteenths marker, moved in to the two path and finished willingly to best the rest. CLOSE UP was settled early, came five wide off the turn and improved late. NILE VALLEY passed the tiring rivals. ANNA'S PROMISE was settled two wide, swung out four wide leaving the turn and had no rally. PRECIOUS MEDLEY was reserved early and lacked a serious rally. KITTENS STORMY GAL chased the pace on the inside on the turn and then had to checked nearing the five sixteenths, then continued to save ground thru the lane and had no rally. SWEET STAR was outrun early and failed to menace. TARTARIA was outrun early and not a factor. PURE BREEZE was a half a step slow, then moved up the inside to track the pace on the inside, then was empty leaving the turn, checked by the sixteenth marker while tiring. REAGAN ALICE pressed the pace from the outside and then shifted in nearing the five sixteenths while backing up, then was eased in the lane.
