Chart notes
HIT THE BULLSEYE showed good early foot from the inside to set the early pace and drew off to be well clear under strong handling. PEGASO was under a hard chase early, raced three deep near the quarter pole and kept to hold the place position. ASTRONEER dropped back early on, moved up from the inside of rivals through the stretch run and improved position. TRIPS TO WIN saved ground through the far turn and had not enough in the drive. MY STORY settled early, raced five wide into the upper stretch and never was a factor. DR SPECK failed to sustain a bid.
