Chart notes
BLUE SLIDE PARK settled off the early pace inside, swung five wide in upper stretch, closed outside, seized command near the sixteenth pole and drew clear under confident handling. BILLY THE GREEK raced off the early pace two wide, advanced three wide around the far turn, took the lead leaving the eighth pole but was no match for the winner late. SPEED CONTROL raced in range three wide around the first turn and two wide around the far turn, made a rail bid in midstretch but was outkicked through the final furlong. THE HONEYMAN saved ground well back, angled out in the stretch and rallied belatedly. INTO YOU set the pace along the rail, drifted out a bit in upper stretch and weakened. FENWICK prompted the pace two wide, bid between foes near the quarter pole but came up empty in the lane. ROAN failed to menace while racing four wide. AMBOR NIGHT was outrun inside.
