WESTMINSTER stalked the early pace while racing one out from the rail through the stretch the first time, advanced smartly four wide midway down the backside and engaged the leaders three out from the rail entering the final turn, was bumped turning for home, and finished three wide in the drive. DIOCLES settled off the early pace while saving ground at the rail through the stretch the first time, continued to save ground under snug restraint in the run down the backstretch, rallied smartly two wide through the final turn, took up sharply when pinched between rivals leaving the turn, and lost all momentum, and finished four wide in the drive. After review, the claim of foul was upheld, and Classy City was disqualified from fourth and placed seventh.
