Chart notes
RISK THE WIND contested the lead inside PRINCESS VANELLOPE through the opening half, edged clear in upper stretch then held safe late. TIZ A STRATEGY tracked the leaders three or four wide and closed some in the lane but could not run down the winner. PRINCESS VANELLOPE dueled on the pace outside the winner to late in the turn and came up empty in the drive. RIVER CHARMER failed to mount a rally racing four and five wide. ART'S RED WAVE was in reach from along the inside and weakened nearing the lane. MONEY IS TIME trailed throughout and was not persevered with to be eased through the final furlong.
