Chart notes

J J VALENTIN was bumped at the start, vied inside for the lead, chased inside on the turn, rallied on the rail turning for home, quickly kicked clear and was ridden out. NO COMPASS stalked outside a rival, chased two wide on the turn, angled out four wide entering the stretch and rallied for second. ZANDUHOC was bumped at the start, vied outside for the lead, then chased three wide on the turn, re bid and was outfinished for the place spot. FROSTY SHOP was bumped and off slowly, outrun early, went wide turning for home and raced a bit greenly in the lane. NAVESINK PIRATE tracked on the inside, chased inside on the turn and tired. THREE JEWELS was bumped and off slowly, then steadied early, raced off the pace and did not factor. THE DRUNK NEIGHBOR rushed up between rivals at the half mile marker, took over on the turn and gave way in the stretch.
