Chart notes
BUZZED BY A TIGER was well placed off the leaders for a half mile, pushed up to take over leaving the quarter pole then edged clear in the stretch. CONNECTER hustled to the front, dueled inside for a half mile, was overtaken by the winner leaving the quarter pole but had enough left to save the place. LUKA GRAZIE got outsprinted early then settled for a half mile, bid two wide on the final bend but could not get to CONNECTER late. ANTICIPATED had no speed, saved ground on the final two bends but lacked the needed late response. CHELSIESDANZIGLITE was also well placed outside the winner for three furlongs, was fanned four wide to the backstretch the second time then got oukicked to the stretch and did not rally. CORAZON DE LUCIA had no speed, was three or four wide throughout and came up empty. SIMONSITO had good speed, dueled outside the runnerup for a half mile then tired. BATTLEOF TRAFALGAR had no speed and was always outrun.
