Chart notes
AMAZING SUCCESS settled off the pace, gained ground on the turn and from the seven path at the top of the stretch was up in time. BRADY O'BRADY was off the pace, had a mild gain on the turn and from the eight path at the top of the stretch finished well. BEND IN THE RIVER set a pressured pace, had a slim lead on the turn and from the four path at the top of the stretch held show. BOUND LUCKY was up close and forced the pace on the turn but from the five path at the top of the stretch was outfinished. EXCEED tracked the early leaders from the outside and was a factor on the turn but from the six path at the top of the stretch evened out. HALF LIT was off slow and showed little in a dull effort. THUNDERHEAVYRAIN was unhurried early, chased on the turn and from the nine path at the top of the stretch was not a factor. A STEWARDS' INQUIRY INTO THE START LEFT THE RESULTS AS POSTED.
