TURN ON ARCH pressed the pace, closed steadily, got up late and drew clear. QUITE LOVELY pressed the pace along the inside, backed up on the turn, angled out for the drive, altered course mid stretch and surged to get up for place. I WIN LIKA GIRL pressed the pace, challenged for lead on the turn, got a head in front, inched clear, led to deep stretch, was outclosed and caught for second. BOSSY BABY set a pressured pace, was headed on the turn, fell back, leveled off in the drive and faded. INDIAN EXCELLENCE was last away from the gate, taken outside, swung wide entering the stretch and lacked the needed rally. DESERT SPIRIT was not a factor. RUN LIKE KATE was taken outside, swung wide entering the stretch and lacked a bid.
