BROKENHEARTED Close up four wide into the turn, three midway on the turn, stayed that way, battled and edged clear late. G MUNNING Set the pace along the three path, was collared, battled inside into the lane, stayed on finished second best. LAST DRINK Tracked four wide, challenged between on the turn, appeared in tight nearing the furlong marked, was bounced around some and then weakened. SOX FOR DAUGHTERS Broke sluggishly, lagged back, two path around and then altered out at the sixteenths pole. GO GRAD Four wide early, five wide into the lane and finished wide. PENTANGELI Hopped at the start spotting the field two lengths, saved ground and tired. A claim of foul was lodged along with stewards inquiry concerning LAST DRINK being bumped repeatedly at the furlong marker, resulted in no change.
