Chart notes
DUAL MONARCHY outrun early inside, angled wide on the turn and surged away through the final furlong under moderate pressure. CHINESEIAM settled off the pace inside then closed well to gain the place. SEPARATE WAYS set a clear pace for half mile, bore out at the quarter pole, was straightened and faded in the lane. CRACK THE CODE trailed far behind then picked off rivals late. HOT LOVE was urged close up inside then faltered in the stretch. UNCLE GEORGY dropped back early and was never in contention. MR. GEORGIE flashed speed for half mile then gave way readily. O'BRIEN prompted the leaders down the backstretch and stopped abruptly.
