JAZZ WITH DENIS rated the pace inside, came under pressure nearing the three eighths pole, raced at the rail on the far turn and held well under steady handling. RESTLESS stalked off the rail the first turn, challenged leaving the three eighths pole, raced close off the rail on the far turn and ran evenly in the lane. DOCTOR PARDO raced in the three path the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn about the three path and showed little in the lane. YANGARRA rounded the opening turn about the three path, picked up the chase from the seven sixteenths pole, raced in the three path on the far turn and showed little further. HAPPY YEARS angled to the inside through the front stretch and gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole, rounded the far turn near the rail and weakened in the lane. HURRICANE ALERT raced well back inside on the first turn and showed little response through the backstretch. ANGEL OF ATTACK saved ground. SAM WHEAT settled in the three and four paths the first turn, gave chase leaving the seven sixteenths pole then faded into the far turn.
