CABINET PIK vied two wide for the lead, dueled into the far turn, gained a short lead, edged away near the sixteenth marker, dug in gamely and held well for the win. NEW YORK PANTHER tracked on the inside, chased inside on the far turn, angled out at the furlong marker and rallied late. BATTALION stumbled and was off awkwardly, raced off the pace, moved up three wide on the backside, chased on the far turn and rallied late outside. SAPONARA pulled early on the inside, settled off the pace inside, moved up three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the lane and closed mildly outside. GO GREEN vied inside for the lead, dueled into the far turn, dug in and weakened late. NINTH OF APRIL raced off the rail, off the pace, bid three wide on the far turn, chased and weakened.
