Chart notes
CHUCKANUT BAY hustled from the gate and took the lead, pushed away on the backstretch then was under steady urging in track record time. EL ALTO HOMBRE tracked the winner three wide, eased in and saved ground to the stretch then could not catch up while easily besting the others. FALSELY ACCUSED had no speed, was fanned four wide leaving the quarter pole and lacked any response. SOL DEL SUR was outsprinted to the first turn, saved ground throughout but was never a threat. DRAW THE FOUL pressed the winner to the backstretch, got outkicked to the second turn and tired.
