Chart notes
PRINCE OF MEMPHIS stalked the pace for three furlongs, rallied two wide on the far turn, caught the leader in the stretch and held driving. RED AND READY set the pace, saved ground to the stretch then could not stall the winner. MR MAKUNOUCHI bumped CLASSY PENQUIN at the start, had no speed, saved ground on the second turn and was along for the show. CLUBHOUSE CHARLIE broke slow, raced mid pack, drifted five wide to the stretch and came up empty. R D STIMULUS also broke slow, had no speed and was never a threat. SHADOW WOLF broke alertly, pressed the pace to the second turn then tired. CLASSY PENGUIN was bumped by MR MAKUNOUCHI at the start, chased the pace two wide then weakened in the final furlong. SENOR AT WAR saved ground throughout but was always outrun.
