Chart notes
STAYINYOURLANE well placed and off the rail, looped to position three wide through the second turn, shook clear into the stretch, then drew off and was kept to the task. THIRD CITY fractious in the gate, hopped at the start, moved up two and three wide through the second turn, came three wide into the stretch, angled out for clear racing room, made a steady gain and edged up late for the place. BROMISTA mid pack, gained position two and three wide through the second turn, fanned four wide into the stretch, flattened late. WHISKEY OR WINE stalked the pace on the inside, lost some position through the second turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, came again, then weakened late and held a share. GRUIT unsettled in the gate, was never involved. STRATEGYFORYOU set the pace off the rail, and faded into the stretch.
