Chart notes
CONTEMPLATION was well rated early three to four wide, made a four wide bid on the far turn nearing the quarter pole in hand, then was forced wide leaving the turn when JUST BE HONEST lugged out badly leaving the turn, then moved back in and was clear by the furlong marker and maintained a clear lead to the wire under a drive. ST PETE'S PASSION was reserved early towards the inside, came wide into the lane and had a late rally on the outside. JUST BE HONEST was four wide into the first turn, then went up to press the pace three wide, made a bid on the far turn to gain a short advantage by the quarter pole, then lugged out badly under left handed crop urging leaving the quarter pole. SPIN IT was allowed to settle early, two wide by the quarter pole while advancing, angled out in the lane but had no late kick. LUCA IL CAVALLO set a pressured pace along the inside and was ridden along on the far turn and then gave way.
