Chart notes
GET THE LEAD OUT was well rated sitting inside just off the top two flights, given cue three wide entering the head of the lane, responded gamely and got up late. AMERICAN SUE raced off the early pace, swung five wide into upper stretch, rallied down the lane and cleared second best. NATUSIA tracked in early stages, moved up three wide and vied going by the quarter pole, continued to battle to the eighth pole, gained a slim lead then got overtaken late. BIT A BAD NEWS raced in the back in the opening quarter, cut the corner and gained close contention along the rail then yielded late. CAN'T MAKE ME vied inside of rivals up the backstretch and around the turn, fought on to the furlong marker then gave way. CATALE vied two wide up the backstretch, flattened around the turn and continued to weaken in the lane. NEW YEAR'S BELLE raced four wide in range up the backstretch and around the turn then gave way. OLIVIA'S HOPE chased the pace in the opening then steadily faded.
