Chart notes
MIC'D UP took a quick lead while tapering in and set a pressured pace, was met at even terms past the quarter pole, but dueled clear into the lane and held well under steady handling. HARLEY SIOUX chased through the backstretch and met the winner at even terms in the three and four paths leaving the quarter pole, but dropped back past the eighth pole and had to settle for second best. CECIL THE GREAT ducked out and made contact with Show Time Allen leaving the gate then gave chase, raced in the five path on the turn, left the turn outside and finished well to take third late yards. EL PACHO pressured the early pace inside but steadied at the rail in the vicinity of the five sixteenths pole, eased outward on the turn and entered the stretch wide, then flattened stride. SHOW TIME ALLEN was bumped off stride leaving the gate then gave chase, raced in the four path on the turn and weakened in the lane. DOG TOWN ALLEN gave chase while saving ground. TUP'S TO TAKE was crowded on the chute, gave early chase toward mid track then flattened in the three path on the turn.
