Chart notes
WITHEE chased the pace to the second turn, was fanned four wide to the stretch then closed strongly to be up in time. DEFENSE WINS had no speed, circled five wide to the stretch, made a late surge in the middle of the track and just missed. TOO TALL TO CALL set the pace in the two path, responded when set down for the drive, battled to the line but was beeted. BOB'S SNIPER stalked the pace from the rail, also stayed on to deep stretch then was outkicked in deep stretch. PULPITS POWER race mid pack for three furlongs, swung out on the second turn and closed willingly. DOUBLE PERFECTION pressed the pace three wide, stayed on to mid stretch then tired. SOCAL RED had no speed and was not a factor. SOLDATNA also had no speed and was outrun. FAMOUS STAR chased the pace, saved ground to the furlong marker then gave way. ARIZONA ANDREW was through early.
