SERGEANT COUNTZLER rallied on the turn looming outside the leader in upper stretch engaging late getting up abreast in the last yards. RAY'S GONE ASTRAY pressed clear on the turn digging in down the stretch being hooked late ceding grudgingly on the inside. NEW JERSEY HEIST slow early raced wide into upper stretch passing the others in mid stretch. BRAZILIAN SEA a step slow raced five wide into upper stretch finishing evenly near mid track. MO TOWN BLUES raced evenly lacking more. VERRAZANO LEGACY was never involved. IN THE GOSPEL raced evenly through the turn fading in upper stretch. STANDINGINTHEFIRE pressed early then gave way along the rail in mid stretch.
