SKATER was settled while three wide on the backstretch, stayed three wide on the turn then rallied in upper stretch, was in a long drive and was best in the end. BAR HOPPIN BILLY set the pace then drew off on the turn, was in a long drive but could not last in late stretch. TOO MUCH SPEED was settled inside on the backstretch, rallied on the turn then moved out to be four wide in late stretch but was no menace. DRAMA KING was between rivals on the backstretch, made a bid but was no menace in the stretch drive. MR. BOOP chased the early pace while two wide, was used up then gave way. FLAT OUTTA AUSTIN was unhurried early and no threat. FRENCH CONNECT trailed throughout.
