HEYMACKIT'SJACK was well placed just off the pace, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, shifted to the four path while gaining near the quarter-pole, made a bid in upper stretch then took the lead, shook clear into the final furlong and held under steady urging. EDDIE THE GREAT was bumped lightly at the start, settled under some urging, went two then three wide on the turn, moved out in upper stretch and improved to just get the place. TWISTED FILIGREE disputed the pace between horses, dropped back leaving the backstretch, chased in the four path on the turn, made a bid in the five path into upper stretch, battled with the winner until near the furlong marker and was outfinished then just lost the place but earned the show. NOBLE HUNTSMAN brushed with a rival at the start, angled in off the pace under urging, moved from the rail to the three path on the turn, shifted out in upper stretch and lacked the needed kick. YOUR MAN ALEX was off slow and spotted the front a few lengths, raced in the three path on the turn, moved inward in upper stretch and improved position. EMPIRE SKY broke out and brushed with a rival, settled towards the rear, dropped from the two path to the rail on the turn and failed to threaten. FINAL DENILE settled on the outside, was roused three wide on the turn and failed to impact. LI'L LANG was bumped at the start and forced out, settled off the pace, saved ground on the turn, lacked room behind horses in upper stretch then altered out and lacked the needed response. NOBLE JOURNEY broke out and bumped with a foe, raced towards the rear, was taken in hand off heels near the three-eighths pole, moved from the rail to the two path on the turn and also lacked the needed response. VOLKERT broke out then drifted out some, disputed the pace on the inside of rivals, vied in the two path on the turn and gave way. MASTER FREUD pressed the pace on the outside, dropped back leaving the backstretch, went five wide on the turn and came up empty. STREET ROD broke out then made light contact with a foe, disputed the pace between horses while in hand, vied in the three path on the turn, battled between foes under a drive in upper stretch, dropped back into the final furlong and tired.
