Chart notes
RESERVOIR hustled to assume early command, set a decent pace while prompted nearing the half-mile, shook free into the turn, drew away into the stretch drive and was kept to task late under mild urging. MEAN SHARON bobbled leaving the start, rushed up and pressed the pace into the turn, could not match strides with the winner into the stretch and was a clear second. FAST TRACK chased the early pace from between rivals, lost position at the quarter pole, weakened in the stretch drive and held for a share of third. PINEAPPLE CRUISE chased the pace three wide into the turn, was well placed approaching the quarter pole, could not find the needed response in the stretch and dead-heated for third. PANDA PEAK was a bit keen and got shuffled back in the early stages, chased four to five wide along the turn, continued to race wide into upper stretch and did not factor in the late stages. SQUARE FUN shuffled back a bit in the early going, ran in pursuit between rivals into the turn and lacked a late response. CASILLALATER forwardly placed early, took back and tracked the pace into the turn, saved ground to the top of the stretch and did not threaten late. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
