QUINTECENTS broke alertly and showed good early speed, assumed command and set a solid pace heading to the turn, dictated terms along the bend and carved out decent fractions nearing the quarter pole, shook free from a pressing rival into upper stretch, drew away into the final sixteenth and was ridden out in the late stages to be much the best. RIVER'S BENCHMARK raced close up to the solid early pace while between runners, lost ground into the turn and chased three to four wide nearing the quarter marker, ran in pursuit into the stretch, could not impact the winner into the final sixteenth and outfinished the rest for place honors. LURKING FEAR away in good order, chased the solid early pace from between runners, went three to four wide along the turn and lost position at the quarter marker, raced widest into the stretch and ran evenly to the eighth pole, rallied into the final sixteenth and just missed for second, while holding safely in the end for third. TIGERSUN a step slow away from the start, recovered and tracked the solid early pace, saved ground into the turn, angled two to three wide along the bend and advanced at the quarter marker, chased into the stretch, finished evenly in the late stages and was outkicked. AUTISM MIND hard sent from the outside post, went up and pressed the solid early pace outside of QUINTECENTS, kept close attendance to the pacesetter into the turn, was outkicked into upper stretch and weakened in the final furlong. KLIMT A. P. settled off of the solid early pace, went three wide nearing the quarter marker, was able to mount a mild late rally but did not threaten. TRIANGLE tracked the solid early pace from between runners, chased four wide into the turn, lost position along the bend and chased two wide nearing the quarter pole, ran in pursuit into upper stretch and could not muster a late response. BEAUTY IN AUTISM stumbled at the start, lacked early speed and trailed throughout. This race was originally hand timed and was re-timed using video technology to arrive at the most accurate time.
