Chart notes
SCOTTISH LASSIE was bumped at the start, tracked the pace down the backstretch, ranged up in the three path on the turn, made a bid under urging near the quarter-pole, took over in upper stretch then kicked clear and drew away under a strong hand-ride to prove much the best. SNOWYTE came inward at the start, settled off the pace, was roused while inside on the turn, swung out to the four path into upper stretch and safely secured the place while no match for the winner. SOCIAL FORTRESS showed speed from the outside under urging then moved in while going to the front, showed the way, was asked while inside on the turn, lost the advantage to the winner in upper stretch and tired while able to hold the show. ANOTHER CLEESHAY broke in and bumped with a foe, settled off the pace, raced between horses passing the five-eighths pole, was urged along in the three path on the turn, turned into the stretch in the four path and came up empty. ICONA MAMA settled on the outside, chased in the four path on the turn, spun into the stretch in the five path and capitulated. WHATINTHELITERAL broke in and brushed the gate, settled off the pace, was asked late on the backstretch, dropped from the two path to the rail early on the turn and was no factor. PONDERING was carried in at the start, moved out leaving the chute, was well placed just off the pace, chased in the two path on the turn and faltered then was eased in the final furlong but walked off.
