MICKEY SHILLELAGH moved in after leaving the chute, raced in the three path on the first turn, settled towards the rear, was roused three wide on the far turn, came four wide into the stretch then quickly moved to the six path, rallied outside into the final furlong, closed strongly to get the lead late and narrowly prevailed under strong urging. MIZTERTONIC moved in early, saved ground while reserved off the pace, was put to a drive in upper stretch, rallied in the final furlong, moved to the two path near the sixteenth-pole, closed well to make a bid between horses late but was denied while just able to get the place. VICTORY DASH moved in while going to the front, went around the first turn in the two path, showed the way down the backstretch, vied inside on the far turn, was asked near the quarter-pole then came under a drive, shook clear outside the furlong marker, remained clear under the crop into the final sixteenth but was caught while just able to get the show. OUTTAWATERBURY was well placed while saving ground, drafted behind horses on the far turn, was given his cue outside the quarter-pole, chased in the two path into the final furlong, gained into the final sixteenth, made a bid between horses late but just missed. PALACE VIEW (IRE) moved from the rail to the two path on the first turn, was reserved off the pace, drafted in the two path on the far turn, was asked in the three path at the quarter-pole, lacked room behind traffic in upper stretch then altered out near the furlong marker and gained but missed the superfecta. BARNSTORMING raced in the three path on the first turn, was forwardly placed down the backstretch, came under encouragement in the three path on the far turn, was driven into the stretch in the four path, pursued the leader in the drive and lacked the needed kick. TRANSACTIONAL (GB) showed speed between horses then was taken back off the pace, traveled around the opening bend in the two path, stalked the pace on the outside, made a bid with three furlongs to run, vied in the two path on the far turn, spun into the stretch in the three path, lost touch with the leader outside the furlong marker and was out-kicked. OUR COUNTRY tossed his head while rank nearing the wire for the first time, tucked in approaching the first turn, went around that bend in the three path, settled off the pace, went two to three wide on the far turn and failed to rally. FRONT MAN moved in early, saved ground near the rear, moved to the two path around the five-sixteenths pole and was no factor. TOPIC CHANGER moved in leaving the chute, went two to three wide on the turns and failed to threaten. ADDICTED TO YOU went four wide on the first turn, settled outside without cover, was urged four wide on the far turn, spun five wide into the stretch and came up empty.
