Chart notes
MR MIEZIE vied outside for the early lead, emerged the leader entering the backstretch from the two path, responded to a challenge from HOLIDAY'S AGAIN, battled outside through the stretch then dug in late to prevail under a long hard drive. HOLIDAY'S AGAIN was in tight in the first turn, moved up inside of MR MIEZIE to challenge the lead, dueled through the stretch and was out finished. WRIT IN STONE checked in the first turn while in traffic, drove three wide at the head of the lane, steadied midstretch and surged late. THATSWHATIMHEREFOR angled out in traffic leaving the first turn, stalked three wide, and failed to threaten in the drive. FED BOY chased four wide and tired. ROWDY TOWN trailed throughout. JOCKEY OBJECTION- An objection lodged by the rider of WRIT IN STONE against the rider of MR. MIEZIE alleging interference in the stretch run was not allowed. JOCKEY OBJECTION- An objection lodged by the rider of FED BOY against the rider of MR. MIEZIE alleging interference in the first turn was not allowed.
