Chart notes
MUSICAL DESIGN stalked the pace from three wide into the turn, rallied to take command turning for home and drew clear through the lane unthreatened. UP FOR IT tracked the pace on the inside, tipped out at the head of the lane and finished in a determined drive to gain the place. ABOVE THE LIMIT took the lead up the fence shortly away from the gate while in hand, opened a clear lead down the backside, was no match for the winner when engaged in upper stretch but kept-on willingly to hold the show. LAVINIA SPIRIT tracked the leaders from five wide to the top of the lane, rallied well on the outside but was unable to gain position. ARUMA raced mid-pack through the turn in the clear and showed some late interest in the lane without impact. KINGDOM QUEEN failed to meance. MEXICAN SUGAR trailed most of the way and was never a factor. EIGHT DANZAS dropped back to the rear of the filed through the lane having never been a threat.
