BATUCADA raced just off the inside through the first turn before chasing three then four wide down the backstretch, tucked three wide through the far turn and was given a nudge near the five-sixteenths and advanced to take command just outside the quarter pole, spun just off the inside into upper stretch and was set down straightened away, came under lone threat from the outside and was collared a furlong out, dug in fighting on gamely to the finish and just lost the bob on the line. SIGNAL FROM NOISE coaxed from the gate, chased along the inside and then just off the inside coming under coaxing at the five-sixteenths, swung three wide into upper stretch and weakened in the late stages. FROSTY O TOOLE three then two wide through the first turn, chased two to three wide coming under coaxing at the three-eighths, angled five wide at the head of the stretch, weakened. MAJESTIC CREED coaxed from the start, raced four wide into the first turn and pulled eagerly three then two wide taking command seven furlongs from home and getting throttled down two to three times by the rider before entering the backstretch, tucked to the two path and settled in hand into a rhythm six furlongs from home, showed the way safely in front through sensible splits, came under some pressure midway on the far turn and was placed to light coaxing near the five-sixteenths, yielded the front near the quarter pole and took the inside route into upper stretch, then tired in the drive. LIBBAN coaxed from the gate, raced three wide through the first turn forwardly placed, chased four then three wide down the backstretch before tucking to the two path half a mile from home, retreated from the seven-sixteenths to the three-eighths to the rail of the field slowing to a gallop, got directed six wide into upper stretch and was eased home through the stretch, then walked off under her own power.
