Chart notes
GOOGLY EYES mid pack and inside, saved ground through the turns, angled three wide into the stretch, was blocked, angled out, made a steady gain, shook clear and lasted. AZTEC PRINCESS unhurried, moved up on the two path through the second turn, came through on that path into the stretch, angled out, made a steady gain and closed the gap on the winner late. VERBAL GEYSER (FR) stalked the pace on the outside, bid three wide outside of that one into the stretch, then drifted in slightly, weakened late and held the show. ISLANDINTHESTREAM hard to rate in the early going, gained position three wide through the second turn, fanned four wide into the stretch and flattened the final furlong. ISA LEI set the pace on the inside, stayed on when challenged into the stretch, then faded late. AMPLIO ESQUEMA allowed to settle, saved ground through the turns, came through inside of rivals into the stretch, angled widest and passed tiring foes. COMBAT HOOFS tracked the pace, saved ground through the turn, came through inside of rivals into the stretch and faded the final furlong. PATH TO VICTORY allowed to settle, moved up three wide through the second turn and faded into the stretch. BETTER HALF well placed and outside, faded three wide through the second turn.
