MAJESTIC EAGLE tracked on the inside, bid between rivals entering the far turn, dueled, gained a short lead and edged away in the final furlong, driving. BUSTIN UP vied two wide for the lead, then three wide entering the far turn, dueled outside on the turn, dug in gamely in the stretch run and held for second. SPEAK UNITY stalked two wide, then three wide on the backside, chased three wide on the far turn, rallied outside in the stretch and dug in gamely to the end. SACHMO raced off the rail, off the pace, chased between rivals on the far turn, lacked a winning bid and finished evenly. RECONVENE raced three wide early, settled off the pace, went four wide at the half mile marker and quarter pole, then lacked a stretch rally. WILL E SUTTON raced off the pace inside and did not factor. VON HOFF vied inside for the lead, dueled into the far turn and then dropped back.
