Chart notes
FLASHY DUDE stalked the pace, stayed in the two path around the turn, found room inside BRIGHT CHARGER in the stretch, closed the final furlong and was up late. BRIGHT CHARGER bobbled leaving the starting gate, advanced three deep on the turn, took the lead well off the rail in upper stretch and gave way grudgingly. LIKEAGENTLEMAN chased the pace in the two path to the stretch and weakened. IMPERIAL BRUT remained along the inner rail on the turn, swung very wide in upper stretch and was no factor. FLATBED FORD hugged the inner rail stalking the pace for six furlongs then faltered. HONORS DUE went clear soon after the break, set the pace along the rail to the stretch and faltered.
