Chart notes
LADY WELLINGTON saved ground into the turn, shifted out near the five sixteenths pole, rallied three wide in the eight path under right handed urging through upper stretch to make the lead inside the furlong marker and finished full of run to win going away under a strong hand ride. SPARKLY stalked the early pace, loomed boldly three wide past the quarter pole and finished second best. WINE AND WAVES away alertly, set a pressured pace two wide, drifted to the five path entering the stretch and was outfinished in the final furlong. SPITE LITE stumbled for a few strides out of the gate, trailed into the stretch, swung wide and passed tiring rivals. STAY FAITHFUL failed to menace. EMM ESS EH pressed the pace along the inside into the turn and was through after a half.
