TAP IT UP raced off the pace inside, moved up inside on the turn, angled out in upper stretch, responded willingly, ran by the pacesetter and drew off under mild urging. HIPNOTIZADA quickly showed in front, set the pace on the inside, responded when roused, dug in gamely on the rail in the stretch run, was no match for the winner and remained clear for place honors. ACT OF CONGRESS was bumped at the start, stalked two wide, chased on the turn, lacked a winning bid and narrowly held on for third. CANDY ARCADE raced off the rail, off the pace, chased on the turn, rallied mildly outside and just missed for third.
