PRACTICALLYELUSIVE matched strides for the lead in the three path into the stretch, drifted to the five path, responded under right handed urging and drew clear in the final furlong. SPARKLING JEWEL broke in front, dropped back to trail early, rallied along the inside through the stretch and finished second best. AUSTRIAN NAVY matched strides with the winner two wide into the stretch, drifted to the six path then was outfinished. MIDNIGHT WONDER was antsy in the gate, miss stepped a few strides out of the gate, stalked the pace outside into the stretch then gave way. WILMA MANKILLER had good early speed along the inside and weakened on the turn. LOFTY COWTOWN was through after a half.
