Chart notes
THUNDER DOME saved ground while being reserved off the pace, slipped through entering the stretch and finished fast to be up in the final strides. SAMBAS MARK stalked the pace while racing three-wide, rallied five-wide into the stretch then gained a slight lead nearing the eighth pole and just failed to last in a game effort. ANTONIOS MARK bobbled at the start then came in to bump PANCHO LEFT ME, vied for the lead from along the inside, drifted out slightly nearing the three-sixteenths pole and held on well for third. GODDARD was allowed to settle, came six-wide into the stretch and finished in a mild rally. Z MARKS THE SPOT vied for the lead with ANTONIOS MARK into the stretch and weakened late. PANCHO LEFT ME was bumped at the start then saved ground while being unhurried and was not a factor.
